It is a real privilege to work with Jacki. She really understands the fundamentals of the stride breakdown from edge control, the proper use of hips, stride recover and other techniques in order to get that perfect glide. What I learned the best lesson from her is that my speed/power really came from working on the stride technique, not just from all the weight training.
